Does Lena's Wreath Decor ship across the United States?+
Yes. We ship handcrafted wreaths to all 50 U.S. states. Orders over $125 ship free; otherwise a flat $12 shipping rate applies. Each wreath is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.
Are the wreaths handmade?+
Every wreath is handcrafted to order by Lena using premium preserved, dried, and high-quality faux botanicals. Because each piece is made by hand, slight natural variations make your wreath one of a kind.
How long does it take to make and ship my wreath?+
Most wreaths are made and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom wreaths typically take 1–2 weeks. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I order a custom wreath?+
Absolutely. Lena creates bespoke wreaths for special requests. Visit our Contact page to share your colors, size, and date, and we'll create something just for you.
How do I care for my wreath?+
Keep wreaths out of direct sunlight and rain to preserve their color. Most are best displayed indoors or on a covered porch. Dust gently as needed. Care details are listed on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit and debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Returning customers can securely save a card for faster checkout — we never store your full card number ourselves.
What is your return policy?+
Because each wreath is handmade to order, we accept returns of non-custom wreaths within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition. Custom pieces are final sale. Contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I save my cart and finish my order later?+
Yes. Your cart is saved on your device, so you can come back anytime and pick up where you left off. If you share your email, we'll also send a friendly reminder so you don't miss out.
